• Free shipping: Automatically applied on all orders above INR 5000 placed within India.

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days from our store.

• If a specific product requires a longer processing time (for example, made-to-order pieces), this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Delivery Address

• All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout by the customers.

• If you need to modify the delivery address or any order detail, please email us within 3 hours of placing the order so we can try our best to update it before dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

• Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and your location.

• You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS after your order has been shipped, so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, reshipping charges may apply.
